We’ve finally made it here to the last instalment of this mini-series and boy, how simple has it been so far!

A good strong memory for names doesn’t require fancy techniques or a massive shift in our thinking, it just takes the small changes that have been shared in the previous three videos and then this final technique.

We must warn you though, that this technique is not as simple as the previous techniques.

It’s even simpler!

The last secret to never forgetting a name again

By far the best way to remember something is to write it down.

We do it all of the time when we need to remember something, don’t we.

Instinctively we grab for the pen and piece of paper to act as our little reminder.

The technique in today’s video is just that; write down the person’s name and any important information.

It sounds like it would be a weird thing to do, but I (and many other people) have had a great deal of success with this approach.

If you are still unsure, watch the video and see how I handle making the process acceptable and normal.

What to do now this series is over?

It’s sad to see this mini-series come to an end, but hopefully you know have all the knowledge you need in order to start remember ever person you ever meet.

Of course, you will need to practice these techniques in order for them to become fluid and natural.

Your mind is like a muscle and when you start a new task it takes time for it to complete that task. As you progress and do the task more, you will become faster and faster at completing it.

Make sure to check back here regularly as there is more mini-series being filmed and even more planned for the future.

Until then, why not learn a neat little trick that will make it look like you can read minds, it’s free and explained in detail in the eBook below.
