Paul has more than 9 years worth of expertise and academic study within the fields of applied psychology. He is highly qualified in a number of therapies and techniques.

Paul spent 2 years being privately tutored by the world renowned Psychotherapist Stephen Hancox, refining his techniques even further. By using these techniques he has helped hundreds of people to improve their lives and be happy once more.

Paul is the creator & founder of an amazing new form of Hypnotherapy known as Trismegistus Hypnosis. This highly effective form of Hypnosis takes many different aspects of Psychology and amalgamates them into the Hypnotherapy session.

Paul is also the Founder and Head Therapist for the Forward Thinking Network. His aim for setting up the network was to bring a high quality therapy service to those living in the West Midlands area. He wanted to give his service to people at the most cost effective price, enabling people from all walks of life to receive this life changing therapy.

We are a part of:

· How long will it take?
The length of treatment will be determined by what you are offered following assessment. A brief course of psychotherapy would last about 4-6 sessions.

· How long does each session last?
Individual psychotherapy sessions normally last between an hour and an hour and a half.

· Does Psychotherapy work?
A great deal of research has been done in the last few years to demonstrate that psychotherapy is effective. However, it only works as a catalyst with the person undergoing treatment. This means that in order to be effective, the "work" is not done to you - but by you and with you.

· How much will I have to do myself?
Therapy is an active process, like a journey of self exploration. The therapist can offer guidance, but the ultimate responsibility for changing is with you.

· What benefits should I feel afterwards?
Research has shown that psychotherapy is effective in reducing symptoms, improving relationships and self esteem. However, as each person is an individual it is difficult to generalise at the beginning as to which benefits a person may feel. The exploration and the journey is often as important as the goal.

· Are the session confidential?
Absolutely! We follow the Data Protection Act; therefore, none of your personal details will be passed on to anyone without your prior permission.
