You are in a rush first thing on a Monday morning. The straighteners are on (or those of your girlfriend or wife), you need breakfast but don’t have time to fire up the pan. Then you realise…I can cook bacon with straighteners!
Seems like an unlikely scenario, but there is a mini-craze of people on the internet who are cooking a single rasher of bacon in their hair straighteners and then taking a photo of it.
How long does it take to cook back with straighteners? It seems that it all depends on the type of model you have.
The big question that I have is…when people cook bacon with straighteners are they doing their hair before or after? If they are cooking the bacon after they have done their hair, does that not add bits of hair to it? Does that make the bacon like crackling or pork rinds?
If the person who choose to cook bacon with straightens does their hair after their rasher has been cooked, then doesn’t it make their hair all greasy?
Cook Bacon with Straighteners – Video
In a second I will share with you a video of a kid who decides to cook bacon with straighteners…but not just any straighteners…his sister’s straighteners. The thing is, she doesn’t know about this:
